Delivery Information & Charges:
We will despatch your order as soon after payment has been received as is practically possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

The following shipping charges apply:
F1 Gift Ideas & F1 Art - UK Shipping: £5.00 to £15.00 or Worldwide: £35.00
Red Bull Collection - UK Shipping: £50.00 or Worldwide: £95.00

Please Note:
- It may be possible to combine shipping charges when purchasing multiple items. Please contact us for details.
- Clients who order from the Red Bull Collection (excluding the LED Desk Lamp) will be invited to collect their goods from the Red Bull Factory in Milton Keynes and will be provided with a factory tour to compliment their experience. If this is not convenient we can arrange for all orders to be shipped to your chosen address. Shipping fees will not apply for orders that are collected in person.

Lead Time:
Where possible we will despatch goods as soon as orders are confirmed, however, due to the bespoke nature of some of our products the lead time can be up 3-4 weeks. For example - Paul Oz Hand Embellished Prints are all personally embellished by the artist before delivery and as such are not available for immediate despatch. Please contact us should you wish to know the lead time for any items we feature.

Refunds & Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving them and be entitled to a full refund. Please note: we are not able to cover the shipping costs for returned items.

The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:
- Bespoke or especially commissioned pieces.

Proof of Purchase:
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

Taking Care of Our Goods:
You will naturally wish to inspect the products you order. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging) and, if you wish to return anything, that it reaches us in perfect condition.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
